Jennifer Johns began her career in 2000 at Lazard in London in the M&A team. She then spent 8 years at Rothschild in Paris in the Large Cap team and at Transaction R. Jennifer has advised on over 100 transactions during her career in a variety of sectors. After 3 years at PARIS SOCIETY structuring and financing acquisitions (Raising €16m from FCDE and structuring the banking pool), Jennifer founded J Square in 2015.
